本機主軸頭為萬能磨刀機之用途延伸，強固高剛性的主軸頭可使用端銑刀及側銑刀與銅圓鋸，配上C1TC分度盤或傳統分度盤，及固定式之螺旋治具加上主軸頭設有±15。之俯仰角及其底座360。旋轉，做磨銑、側銑、螺旋銑、斜度銑，適合木工用之螺旋鉆頭及金屬切削刀具之鉆頭、端銑刀、銅圓鋸及各類五金零件之銑削加工之用。
The head of the main shaft
is the extension of the all-purpose tool grinding machine.
The head of the main shaft with high rigidity can adapt
end milling tool, side milling tool, and copper round saw,
assembled with C1TC index plate or traditional index plate,
as well as the fixed screw tooling. The head of the main
shaft is featured with 15 degrees pitch angle and the work
table can rotate 360 degrees for grinding milling, lateral
milling, spiral milling, oblique milling, suitable for
carpenter’s spiral boring bit, end milling tool, copper
round saw, and cutting and milling for various hardware. |
